Description:

We are looking for an accounting professional who has experience in the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Medical Billing, Cash Receipts, and Payroll processing in California. This position will work directly for our Executive Director and is responsible for accurate income and expense accounting functions. Friends House, a Quaker inspired elder community, is seeking an experienced Development Manager for continuing care retirement community.  We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of experience in the fund development field. This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position that reports directly to the Executive Director.  The ideal candidate will have a practical understanding of fundraising, planned giving, estate planning, income, gift and estate taxes, and foundation management.
